Tickets are nonrefundable after full payment is made to the vendor.
We will make every attempt to re-sell your ticket.
If you can get a replacement, please call no later than the day before or call the morning of if you send someone in your place.
This does NOT apply to our overnight trips, which is why we encourage your to take out trip insurance.
Overnight trips are not refundable unless you have insurance & qualify under the circumstances listed in the insurance policy.
Insurance for overnight trips must be acquired online only. Please see our Trip Insurance Information Page.
We no longer are involved with taking checks for trip insurance.
Travelers on multi-day trips only must be able to walk without difficulties.
